After practicing commercial real estate for over 25 years, Corey has found that helping his clients who are looking to lease or purchase with unbiased tenant representation advisory brokerage services is the only way to service the customer.  As an advocate for the tenant, Corey represents  his clients’ best interests – he is not influenced by the landlord, developer or lender.  His focus is on obtaining his clients’ best financial, logistical and operational “deal” and rationalizing their real estate assets. 

Corey helps refine your office and industrial real estate needs and provides you with creative, cost-effective solutions.  He surveys the markets where he is negotiating on behalf of his client, and assists them in interviewing and selecting the target markets – along with the architects, engineers, lawyers and accountants best suited for the transaction.  

Corey looks forward to working with you and being your “Tenant Rep Guy”.  In most cases his advisory fees are paid by the landlord.
